in. This will be refunded, minus any repair and/or clean-up costs,
30 days after move-out. An additional damage deposit of $500 per
animal will be required.

Restrictions
In an effort to maintain the unit in good condition and to respect others
living in nearby units, there are some restrictions that must be adhered to.
These include but are not limited to:
- No smoking
- No dogs
- No loud music or other sounds
